If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, name, whether you are a visitor or organiser, and (for organisers) your organisation. We also count page and button interactions without storing IP addresses, cookies, persistent identifiers, or user-agent strings in our analytics database.
We use waitlist details only to provide VeryU launch and partnership updates, based on your consent. We retain them until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Anonymous event counts are used to improve the website and are retained for up to 13 months.
Data is stored using Cloudflare services. Cloudflare may process data outside the UK using its contractual safeguards. Access is limited to authorised VeryU administrators.
You can withdraw consent or ask to access, correct, or delete your details by emailing veryu_official@outlook.com. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
