About this experience
The Big London Bake East turns a railway arch in Haggerston into a 12-station baking tent. Pair up with a baking buddy, follow a monthly rotating theme, and compete for the title of head baker — under the guidance of an actual professional head baker, not just a recipe card.
Ninety minutes of hands-on baking, judged by one winner per session, with everything supplied and all the cleanup handled by the venue. Once your bake is in the oven (or out of it), head to The Pantry Bar for a cake-themed cocktail.
